Trade union negotiations are also an integral part of our day-to-day practice. Through these negotiations, we represent and defend our clients’ interests before the trade unions representing their employees.

When representing individuals, with a particular focus on executives, we handle cases involving matters that genuinely require significant judicial intervention, as well as providing support in out-of-court negotiations and arbitration proceedings.
