Braghette, Bueno e Ablas Sociedade de Advogados – BRBA Advogados was founded in 2009 by João Paulo Braghette, Maurício Zan Bueno and Guilherme Monte Ablas Stanislau de Mendonça, who were then lawyers at one of São Paulo’s leading law firms and shared the ambition of building a firm of their own.

With the arrival of Adriana Kehdy Maranghetti in 2013 and Luís Paulo Miguel in 2019, respectively in the Civil Law and Labour Law practices, the firm consolidated the partnership structure it maintains to this day, while expanding its practice through an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.

The firm’s team comprises lawyers João Paulo Braghette, Maurício Zan Bueno, Guilherme Monte Ablas Stanislau de Mendonça, Adriana Kehdy Maranghetti, Luís Paulo Miguel, Antonio Caio Barbosa, Bernardo Alencar Bojadsen, Marina Melo Oliveira Takeda and Marcos Castro de Andrade Mello (consultant).
